Having worked for Mantix, Marconi Radar and Crystal Decisions he has substantial experience of the full development life-cycle from analysis and management of customer requirements to the ensuing bespoke design, build and implementation of systems.

With more than 30 years’ experience in IT and Project Management, Steve provides training, coaching and consultancy in Agile and Project Management. He has experience of many industries including finance, insurance, press / media, pharmaceuticals, government and control systems.
Raj has extensive experience in financial services, government and utilities organisations. He leads projects and provides governance/assurance for successful delivery of business change, cost reduction and business continuity projects, as well as programmes onshore and offshore. Raj is an APMG certified practitioner for Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes and Management of Risk. His approach focuses on balancing best practice governance, risk and change management controls, with innovation, pragmatism and openness, ensuring a risk aware delivery.
